This information may consist of the following: your name, date of birth, contact details (e-mail, address, phone number, etc.), donation history, scheduling, and other information that you voluntarily supply to ADMA. Where you provide us with information, your consent to allow us to collect that information is presumed. The information you voluntarily supply may be used by ADMA to respond to your inquiries, supply you with requested information on ADMA services, to issue reminders for promotions/compliance, and/or to track appointments. You may also opt in to receive push notifications and/or text messages for appointment reminders, promotions, and other donor-related updates.
The information you provide us is considered private and confidential and treated as such. We will gladly and expediently comply with your request to the extent doing so is possible and subject to any applicable legal requirements. However, we reserve the right to deny your request if we cannot authenticate your identity or if we know or have reason to believe any modification you seek is incorrect. If we deny your request, we will provide you a written explanation of the denial.
Information We Collect Automatically. We collect certain information automatically as you use the ADMA Plasma App, such as general non-personal information used to help improve the ADMA Plasma App. This may include items such as: usage information and device information such as the device you use to access the ADMA Plasma App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, MAC address, and unique device identifier. For more information about how you can control our access to these applications, please see “My Profile” and “Preferences” sections within the ADMA Plasma App or contact us. However, if you request to delete data, the ADMA Plasma App may not function properly for you and/or the services provided via the app may be unavailable to you. To administer the collection of non-personal information, authorized third parties may be utilized by ADMA to collect, track and process the general non-personal information described herein.

- HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Reasonably Necessary Data Collection. Our collection of your information is limited to what is reasonably necessary to achieve the purpose of such data collection, as such purposes are described in this Privacy Policy.
To Provide Services and Information. As described above, we collect information from you so that we can communicate with you, and provide and deliver the information and services you have requested. We use your personal information to contact you about appointment reminders, promotions, and other donor-related updates. We may provide information to third-party service providers that help us with app functionality, compliance, verification, marketing, and scheduling. These service providers may have access to your personal information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.
ADMA may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or mail, provide customer support, or as otherwise required to deliver the requested services. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to ADMA, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we do not share, rent, license, or sell your personal information to third parties.
Third Party Apps and Sites. You are able to connect your ADMA account to third-party accounts, for example Donor 360, Paysign, Nexlynk, Twilio, Klaviyo, and others. Deleting data from your account or from a third-party account will render those features disabled and affect ADMA Plasma App functionality. We may help you delete your account if you contact us (pursuant to applicable law). However, to the extent you have connected your ADMA account to third-party accounts and data has already been collected by or shared with those third-party accounts, we may not be able to delete the information collected or shared prior to your request for deletion.
The ADMA Plasma App may offer you the option to log in, link, integrate or create an account using third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store or other social media platforms. By using these features, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective platforms. ADMA is not responsible for any content that you share through the ADMA Plasma App or any third-party platform and does not endorse any views expressed through such content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of social media integration complies with applicable laws and regulations. Further, you are specifically prohibited from posting any content that is infringing, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory or otherwise offensive or constitutes an invasion of privacy or infringes a right of publicity. If requested by ADMA you agree to remove any social media posts or material posted to third-party sites related to the ADMA.
Your Consent. In addition to the use and sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we may share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of ADMA when we have your consent to do so or in instances necessary to facilitate your requested services.
Legal Proceedings. We may share personal information with third-party companies, organizations or individuals outside of ADMA if such access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: (a) meet any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, legal process or governmental request, including respond to law enforcement; (b) enforce applicable terms of service, including investigation of potential violations; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of ADMA, our users, clients, or the public as required or permitted by law.
Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control. If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes or we otherwise transfer assets relating to our business, the ADMA Donor App, or ADMA to a third party, such as by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer your personal information to the new owner. In such event, you should review any and all Privacy Policies and Terms of Service published by the new owner.
- ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CHOICES
You can access and update certain information we have collected about you and related to your ADMA Plasma App account by signing into your account and going to the “My Profile” and “Preferences” sections. If you have questions about your personal information we have collected, if you need to update your information, or if you want to opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from ADMA, you can contact us. You can also opt-out of receiving future marketing and promotional e-mails from ADMA by using the opt-out or unsubscribe feature.
You can close your account by contacting us or using the “Delete Account” option under “My Profile”. If you close your account, we will no longer use your online account information or share it with third parties. We may, however, retain a copy of the information for archival purposes and to comply with our legal obligations. Additionally, information already shared with third parties pursuant to any account linking or connecting may not be deleted.
ADMA may send push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device or opting out.
- SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that e-mails and other communications you send to us through ADMA’s third-party service providers are not necessarily encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.

If you are a resident of Maryland or Tennessee, you may have additional rights that are in addition to or broader than the rights described above. These rights include:
- Confirming whether your data is being processed;
- Access to the data collected about you;
- Obtaining a copy of the information that you previously provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format;
- The right to opt out of selling your information;
- If a request to take action regarding your data is denied (pursuant to a permissible denial) then you shall be informed of that denial, including a justification for the denial, and given instructions how to appeal our decision. Appeals may be sent to us at webaccounts@admabio.com
- The right to obtain a list of the categories of third parties to whom your information has been disclosed, or if no list specific to you is maintained—a list of the categories of third parties to whom we share information regarding any consumer;
- The right to revoke your consent to have your data used or collected.
If your request is manifestly unfounded, technically infeasible, excessive, or repetitive, then we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs to complying with the request or decline to act on the request.
You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of your rights identified in this Privacy Policy.
