# How to Donate Plasma

## Don't wait. Do good. Donating plasma is simple

### Please review the following before you arrive

###### Eligibility

- Must be 110+ lbs and in good health
- Age 18-65
- No piercings, tattoos, or permanent makeup in last 4 months (greater than 4 months is acceptable)
- You reside within fifty (50) miles of the center

###### Please bring with you

- A current and valid photo ID with your date of birth
- Proof of your Social Security number
- Proof of current residency, such as a utility bill or lease
