Step-by-Step Donation Process
STEP 1 Check In
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign in and provide the registration staff with your government issued ID (such as driver’s license), your Social Security card, and proof of residency* (a piece of mail addressed to you at your current address, such as a utility bill, which has been postmarked within the past 30 days).
*We accept donors who reside within a fifty (50) mile radius of the center.
STEP 2 Donor History Questionnaire
You will answer a set of medical history questions at our donor kiosk. It is very important to read the questions carefully and to answer honestly. All information entered is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone.
You must not have had ear piercing, body piercing, tattoos or permanent make-up in the last 4 months (greater than 4 months is acceptable).
STEP 3 Health Screening/Physical Exam
On your first visit, you will receive a complete physical exam. A member of our medical team will review with you your medical history and give you a brief physical exam to determine if you are suitable for donation.
STEP 4 Plasmapheresis Process
Once you have been determined to be an eligible donor, you will be greeted by a professionally experienced phlebotomist and taken to the plasma donation area where you will begin your donation process.
STEP 5 Compensation
You will receive a PaySign® ADMA BioCenters Visa® prepaid card upon completing your first donation. The funds are then automatically transferred to your card following each successful plasma donation.
